Born and raised in Brazil, Daniella Helayel was influenced from an early age by spectacular nature, sunshine, and beach weekends. She studied at F.I.T. in New York, and then moved to London where she became immersed in the world of vintage fashion. After years of making clothes for herself and her friends, she launched Issa in 2003 with her first catwalk show. Daniella designs for women who are elegant and feminine, and always on the move.
