Blue Hour Dress
I bought this dress for my college graduation and I think it'll be perfect! As the other reviewer mentioned, the blue is more cornflower than cobalt but the overall effect with the dark lace is true to the picture. I got a size 0 and the fit left nothing to be desired. The only part I'm not crazy about is the tulle in the slipâ??â??it's not apparent from the picture so I was a little surprised to find it there. I find the shape a little awkward as it's only in the bottom part and I'm considering removing the tulle for a more flowing look, which shouldn't be a problem.

A pretty dress, but not as expected...
At the sale price, this is a lovely dress. It is well constructed and nicely made overall. I ordered a 6, and it fit very well in the bodice. However, the dress is lighter in color than it appears online--it is actually a cornflower shade of blue, and not the rich cobalt it appears. The lace overlay, while lovely, is more of a grey color than a true blue. The pleats at the front waist made the dress puff out around the belly unattractively. The straps have a slight "off-the-shoulder" fit, and dig in a bit uncomfortably. Also, this dress is "noisy!" There is a layer of *extremely* stiff tulle attached to the lining (which is also very scratchy) which is designed to make the dress poof out a bit, however it rustles against the lining and is a bit distracting. Overall a very pretty dress, but there were too many cons and I returned it.
