Not as sturdy as they look
I purchased 4 of these to use at work. While they have a great rustic aesthetic, I can't help but feel that, if I took the time, I could build a better quality sign. The arrow is plywood covered in one coat of chalkboard paint and then surrounded with wood trim. The post is supposed to slide into a "notch" in the base of the arrow, but only two of mine fit properly. In addition to the afore mentioned issues, it was difficult to push the stake into dirt - both the post and arrow felt ready to snap. Also, after being used outside and getting rained on in the morning and beaten by sun in the afternoon, all 4 signs have warped....they are still useable but a little worse for wear. Despite these facts, I do like them and am considering ordering more (I want to make certain to have replacements when the original 4 arrows break.)
