Disappointed, but worth a shot
Sigh. It was worth a shot, and after that glowing first review I had to try. I think this dress may be perfect for some ladies, so if you're tempted, give it a try, too - it's not on final sale yet, so you can always send it back (mine is on its way#. I followed the size chart #34A, 26, bigger hips but with this type of dress it doesn't matter), and the dress seemed too big, but maybe that was in part due to my small cup size - I'm barely an A. The bigger problem for me was that the fabric seemed stiff, not flowy - that might be good for ladies looking for a retro-looking A-line with a poofy skirt, but I wanted the fabric to move. I planned to get a different belt if I kept it, but the gray satin was actually really pretty. I need more definition of my waist, though, and between that and the fabric it was a no-go for me. It was worth a shot, arrived fast, and I'm pleased otherwise with my first BHLDN experience. Will keep looking...

Beautiful Dress
My fiancé purchased this dress for me as a second dress, although I already had a second dress. He just could not deal with not knowing what I was going to wear. Yes, he's quite the unconventional groom. I must say that he could not have picked a better option, this is such a beautiful dress totally beats the dress I purchased. This dress is lightweight and fits perfect in the bust and the midsection. You will not need to wear a bra with this dress, it has one sewn in. Since I am short, I will have to get the dress hemmed a litter shorter. The detailing is very flirty without being overbearing. I heart this dress, my fiancé for buying it, and BHLDN for selling it. :) A+; if the price was reduced a bit more it would be an A++.
