Everything I Wanted and More!
This dress is absolutely gorgeous and every bit as lovely in person as it is in the photos. The beading is delicate and exquisite and the cut out back is to die for! In my dream dress I was looking for something a little different and not your run-of-the-mill bridal gown, something comfortable, and a dress to match the feel of my outdoor natural wedding-- this beauty fit the bill in every way. I was not able to find anything close to what I was looking for in my local bridal shops so I turned to BHLDN and am so glad I did!
I found the fit to be as expected in my normal size 6, although being petite I will have to have it shortened substantially. The dress arrived very quickly, non-wrinkled and very well packaged. I am so thrilled with my purchase and am looking forward to wearing my beautiful gown this summer!

The perfect dress!
I saw this dress and knew that it would perfect for me and it is. The dress came beautifully packaged and the first thing I noticed was the exquisite detailing and how well it was made. The dress arrived unwrinkeld and the flowers were not bent or smushed. I am leaning towards a long veil as the dress does not have a train. I would best describe the dress as having a classic timeless feel. Does anyone watch Downton Abbey? The dress reminded me of the wedding dresses worn on that show, simple yet beautiful. A few things to note: The color is slightly more "old fashioned white" than the picture shows, but this was not a problem for me; and I will say that I think this dress is better suited for a tall person as it might overwhelm a shorter person. Of course a shorter person could have the dress shortened, but a lot of the detailing is at the bottom so you would need a good tailor to remove the detailing and reapply when it was shortened. I am 5' 9 1/2" and it fit me perfectly with a pair of heels. The model is 5'11." The fit was perfect and very flattering. My area of concern is always my stomach but the dress is not clingy at all so that isn't even an issue. Of course with a sleeveless gown the focus then changes to the arms, so I'll need to hit the gym for that! The proportions were very accurate for me, but I think this dress would also be quite nice on someone who is curvier. I cannot say enough wonderful things. My family and friends love it also.

Impeccable details
I'm completely in love with this gown. The details, from the applique flowers to the cascading groups of sequins are amazing. I love that the color is closer to an antique ivory than white.
The fit of this dress worried me at first because of the very high waist. It sits a little bit lower on me since I am shorter, and scoops lower in the back to create a flattering angle from the side. I love the tank-style straps and the back is not too low.
One con is that this dress is LONG. With my tallest shoes (Jeffrey Campbell Litas, they're 5"!) The dress had about 3" on the floor still. I have to find a VERY good tailor due to the complicated nature of the gown (it has two layers and the top is very delicate).
I can't wait to wear this dress!
