Beautiful, but big!
This dress is cut from a lovely fabric, however it does run very big on top. I have a pretty wide back/rib cage so I tend to size up and get the rest taken in. When I saw how fitted the top was I ordered the 14. The top was enormous and could easily have been two to three sizes smaller so I couldn't really tell what it would look like on me. With the cost of shipping I didn't want to play a trying on game, so I ended up with another BHLDN dress that fit true to size.

Beautiful lace detail.
This dress has the perfect vintage feel. The lace is so lovely and delicate. The ivory is a bit more beige than in this picture, but is absolutely beautiful in person.
Like the previous review stated, this dress does run quite a bit large. I am usually a size 8, pear shaped, and a 34C bust. The size 4 ended up being the best fit for me. There is plenty of room on the bottom half for you to go with a size that fits your bust area.
Though I chose another BHLDN gown for my wedding day, this was such a close second for me. It is truly a beautiful dress and I fully suggest this dress to others wanting a that old fashioned charm :)

Beatiful and vintage-y
My top half is slight and my hips are large, but this was very flattering and it's worth taking the advice of the assistants - I went a size down with no problem. It is a little more ivory that it looks here, but that just adds to the vintage-y feel.
