Beautiful dress
I had the experience of trying this dress on in the Chicago store, right after it arrived. It is truly breathtaking. The lace detail is beautiful and the silk fabric beneath is comfortable and a great champagne color. I did not want a very white wedding dress, so this was a great color for me. The fit is spot on, I am usually a dress size 2 and this is what I ordered. I have a small bust (32A/B) and so will need to take in the top some, and will ask my seamstress to add some padding in the bust area added so that I can fill it out better. Also, my waistline is a bit lower than the straps for the sash, but there is some room to work with to bring it down, so that the sash will still cover the waist seam. The length is LONG! I am 5'8", and I would even need to have the length taken up a few inches if I wore 4" heels. This dress truly is my dream dress. I'm getting married outdoor in a park and I can't wait to wear this. I feel this is age appropriate and different from anything else I've seen.

Great Details
I was so excited to get this dress; it has great details and I loved the color. Unfortunately, I had to return it as the fit was just not right for me. My measurements placed my right between a 4 and a 6, but the size 6 was sold out. The bust was way too small for me (34C), but the outer layer was baggy. As mentioned previously, the shoulder straps are much wider then they appeared and seemed to overwhelm me a bit. I loved the dress, but it would have required too much tailoring to make it work for me.

beware of the color....
In the photos and video online, the dress looks like an ivory color. However when I opened my box.... I was so disappointed in the color. The color is more dark and yellow, much more than how I would have liked...It is hard to describe, almost like a taupe color...
The dress itself is very nice and feminine and the layers of tulle is pretty. If only the color was a lighter, then it would have been better.
However, the packaging of the dress was great and it arrived in perfect condition. And easy to return.

I so wanted to love this gown...
I think it is so beautiful! When I removed it from the packaging, I absolutely loved it, and hanging on the wall, it is exquisite. Unfortunately, it just didn't look good on me.
It's true to size; I'm a 2 in street sizes and the 2 fit well. Here are the issues I had with the gown: (1) the straps seem too wide, creating a broader look. If I were to keep the gown, I'd get it tailored so the straps were thinner and more flattering. (2) There is so much tuller on the lower half that it creates a bit of a bulky look. I'm only 5'3" so the tulle was a bit overwhelming on me; perhaps on a taller person, it would overpower the frame so much. (3) Without the interior straps (I think it looks better without them), the dress needs tailored to fit correctly on top.
The lace work on top is very pretty, and I love the champagne-like color. It's a gorgeous gown but would require too much tailoring work to make it work for me.
