Preservation Society Dress
Class and Grace
I purchased the taupe version of this dress and absolutely love the feel of the dress and the shine of the color. After seeing the reviews, I ordered the 14, even though I'm normally a street size 12. It was definitely too big in the armpit areas and waist. I couldn't get even get the belt through any hole and had to find a separate sash last minute.
The collar is very puffy. It doesn't lay as flat as the pictures show it does. Even after a little steaming and ironing, it still puffed out a great deal.
I received so many compliments on the dress even though I had the few personal issues. I still love it and can't wait to get it taken in a bit so it will be perfect!

I ordered this dress as the mother of the bride. It is age appropriate for me and I'm sure would be age appropriate for younger women as well. I am a petite and the hem falls just right. I'm a "true" size 6 and the dress is a little small for me at the waist. Losing 5 pounds will make it perfect. Have lots of time to do so before the may wedding! Fabulous price for the great quality

I love it, but the sizing chart is off..
I ordered this dress in taupe and in my usual size zero. From the picture you can see it looks a bit small under the arms so I had my tailor take my measurements. With my measurements the size chart still placed me in a 0, so despite my better judgment I did not size up. When I received the dress I knew immediately that it would be too small. The bust was entirely too tight even with my 32A bra size. The waist was so tight I couldn't even breathe. Luckily the 2 is in stock so I reordered this evening but I'll be paying the $6.95 shipping again.. The style is gorgeous, but DEFINITELY size up.
