so beautiful!
I bought this dress as a bridesmaid dress for a friend's wedding and it fits really well. I usually wear a size 2, which is the one I bought. It doesn't look too tight, but it's a bit hard to zip it up on my own. Still, I wouldn't go up a size.
A few reviewers mentioned it being too long. I'm 5'6 and the length is fine on me. It hits right around the knee, which looks cute for this type of dress.

what a lovely dress!
I bought this dress on a lark and I'm so happy I did! I love the fancy and formal 50's vibe it has, while still being modern and lovely. It is beautifully made, the bow is so fun, and the neckline is fantastic. It is true that the color is a little more blue/grey than navy, but it is perfect for girls with pale skin. While the fit is well tailored, I would maybe recommend buying your size and the next one up. I felt I feel in-between sizes. It is also a little more pouffy than it looks in the picture. As I'm a little short, I'm getting it hemmed and having some of the tulle layers removed. Its a beautiful addition to a wardrobe perfect for formal weddings, office parties and events!

Cute, Not for me or my body
I was so excited to get this dress... and so disappointed when I got it...
First, this dress is BY NO MEANS "navy." It is more of a dark, dusty gray-blue color... it looks much darker in the picture than in real life.
Second, this dress is super long. I am approximately 5'4'' and this dress stopped around my upper calf muscle, which only made me look shorter.
Third, I am pear shaped and normally a 4-6 (US) on top. I ordered this dress in a size 10 (per earlier reviews) and it barely zipped. Plus, the bell shape of this dress only accentuated (in a bad way) my pear shape and make my bottom half look huge. :(
This dress is great if you are tall-ish(5'6 +), blond with pale skin, and not pear shaped. The sad fact is this picture is simply misleading. Oh well, maybe next time...

Beautiful 50's Style Dress
After eye-ing this dress for a month or so and reading the one review, I thought this dress would be perfect for me to wear to a formal event. Unfortunately, it didn't fit. My measurements are that of a size 6 (two other BHLDN-brand dresses that were size 6 fit me perfectly), but the bodice of this dress was loose on me and the straps, which can't be adjusted, were slack. I do not have the fullest of bosoms, so perhaps this is why the dress was so loose in the bodice.
The overall look of the dress has a 1950's feel, which I wasn't expecting, but overall, the color and the quality of this dress are impressive.
