Disappointing
I purchased two packs of these for my late September wedding and was very happy with the way they looked - we popped one in our patio before the big day, and the confetti was lovely. Sadly, when confetti-popping time came at the wedding, at least 40% of the poppers didn't pop. Some of this was almost definitely human error (the bottom twists both ways, but only one way works and there's no markings on the actual popper to indicate this... on our walk out we were actually shouting "counterclockwise!" instead of cheering). About 5-10 of the 40 were just duds, and either came apart or just never popped.
