Not smitten? Then by all means, send it back. We gladly accept all unwashed, unworn and unaltered merchandise; we must receive your return within 30 days of delivery. (Don't forget to include all original packaging, too.) For your convenience, you can return your items for free using the enclosed prepaid label included with most shipments.**

Sale Return Policy
Sale items may be returned within 30 days for a credit to your original method of payment. Simply follow the return directions on the packing list included with your order. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email alerting you that your return is complete.
Final Sale
Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Final sale items will be clearly marked.
Exchanges
Before sending your return, please fill out the exchange form included on your packing slip and enclose it in your package. You may use the free prepaid shipping label to send the return/exchange item to BHLDN. Shipping charges do apply to exchange orders, and are the responsibility of the customer. International customers, please note that you will be responsible for the duties and taxes on any exchanges.
Price Adjustments
A one-time price adjustment may be issued within 14 days of the purchase.Refund Process
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.

UPS Pre-paid Shipping Label
Gowns will arrive with a UPS pre-paid Ground label. The pre-paid, pre-addressed label will be included in your shipment, in addition to your packing slip. To use it, remove or cover the original shipping label. No postage is required; and there is no charge for using the label. Please record your tracking number if you would like to track your return’s progress to us. Upon mailing, your return will be received and processed in approximately 2-3 weeks. UPS Ground returns are only available within the US.

SmartLabel via USPS
Dresses and all other items, excluding gowns, will arrive with a prepaid, preaddressed SmartLabel. This label can be found on the front of your packing list. Affix the SmartLabel to your package, and remove or cover the original shipping label. No postage is required; and there is no charge for using the label. Upon mailing, your return will be received and processed in approximately 2-3 weeks.
