A good try, but not quite right
As the other reviewer mentioned, this dress is sadly nothing like the original it is modeled after. The color is certainly pretty but it is made out of viscose jersey unlike the silk material this designer normally uses. The material is rough and scratchy and doesn't drape as nicely. Also, there were fit issues in the bust as the material would not lay right. For the price, it really is not worth it.
If you are thinking of this dress, consider sizing up (especially if bigger in the bust). I am normally a US 0 or 2 in Anthro (B cup) but wear an Issa London size 4.

not as depicted
This dress looks amazing in the photograph but upon trying it on, the fabric felt rough, not smooth like the picture suggests, or even the original dress worn by Kate Middleton last year. Sadly it looked and felt rather cheap. Spending $450 on a dress is substantial and the dress should feel exquisite, not like something I could buy for $45. There are also lots of pleats on the front, which add bulk to the belly--the opposite of what a good wrap dress should do. The color is also brighter in person than in the picture and had "hanger bumps" that had stretched out one of the shoulders. I hope others have better luck with this, unfortunately mine is going back.
