Strangle Strap
100% agree with the reviews about the ridiculously short strap. Gorgeous shoes but pretty shocked that something as simple as the length of the strap has been overlooked. Don't even consider these shoes if you have anything but a very slim ankle (which I always thought I had). I'm not convinced that punching an additional hole will help but it seems others have had success in doing so.
On a positive note, they are very comfortable across the toe, are a great height and are very elegant.
Yet to decide whether I can deal with the uncomfortable buckle / strap issue.

As expected but needed a few adjustments!
I just got these shoes for my wedding and they are beautiful! The pictures fully do them justice.
The heel height is GREAT. It is so hard to find cute shoes under 4 inches high. These heels are exactly 3 1/8 inches in case you were wondering how accurate the description is.
They are 100% true to size. I usually wear a size 7 (every-so-often a 6.5) and the 37.5 is what I chose. I ordered the 37 as well for comparison and I could have gotten away with it but I prefer a little extra room.
I agree with another reviewer that the ankle strap hits at an awkward spot. And I do not have cankles either - haha. They were digging into my ankle bone until I punched an extra hole in each strap AND slipped the long strap out of the little loop that holds the two straps together. Huge difference - and I was able to do both of these things without taking them to a cobbler.
To add an extra hole:
Start with a thick sewing needle and push it through at the spot where you want your extra hole on the top of the strap. Repeat from the underside of the strap.
Next push a small nail into the hole. Repeat from the underside.
Next push a slightly larger nail through. Repeat from the underside.
Repeat with increasing nail sizes until the new hole is the same size as the others.
The key is to use incrementally larger sizes so that you gradually stretch the fabric and leather, rather than tearing it.
Worked for me!

Gorgeous shoes but the ankle straps are WAY too short
I just ordered these shoes for my wedding and I absolutely love them! However, the ankle straps are WAY TOO SHORT. These are built for Barbie ankles (and no, I don't have cankles) I will have to take them to the shoe cobbler to have extra holes punched into the straps. Not cool when you've already spent $250.

Can't wait to wear these!
I just got these in the mail and they are perfection. I can't wait to wear them at my wedding and many other occasions after! The mixture of metallics is gorgeous and they're comfortable too. All I need now is a pedicure!
