Lots of fluffy feathers but not as nice as pictured
This was my first purchase from BHLDN and I was really disappointed when I received my Havana headband. It was completely misshapen and more oblong than round. It looked like two different pieces since one side of feathers stood straight up and the others side laid flat against my head. Attempting to adjust the shape only resulted in feathers flying everywhere. The color is creamier than shown in the online photos, but I still liked that. The feathers are very soft and there are definitely a lot of them! It was relatively comfortable when I tried it on.
I got it on sale, so it was a great price, but since I would never wear it (all askew as it was) I returned it. I'm disappointed that I wasn't refunded the shipping cost too when this wasn't a case of me changing my mind, but rather BHLDN's product just not as what it claimed to be!
