Wish there were more...
I loved this shoe from the moment I saw it! The color was a perfect match to the coral dresses my bridesmaids will be wearing. I am between a 38 and 39 so I ordered a size up. The shoe ran small so the 39 was a perfect fit.
Unfortunately when I received the shoe, one of the heels had a small tear in the fabric. The embellishment on the front of the left shoe was also ripped. All in all it looked as though the shoes had been worn. Customer service was extremely helpful and offered a full refund. I just wish there was another pair of 39's available for me because I loved them so much!

gorgeous!
i own this bettye muller pump in a similar style (called the bombshell) and they are some of the most comfortable shoes on earth. quality is key here, and the colors are fantastic, the brocade is rich and inviting, and the shoe itself doesn't feel like you're walking on an extra 4+ inches! highly recommend!! this shoe will last as a special guest star in your closet for years to come. well worth it -- and the sale price is almost unheard of! also, i am an 8.5/9 and took a 40 in these. i can also wear a 39.5 in bettye muller, but i like a bit of wiggle room in a sling back such as this.

Beautiful colors
These shoes are incredibly beautiful. I bought them for my daughter for her weeding and she hasn't tried them on yet, but the workmanship is exquisite. The shoes arrived two days after I placed the order. I am very impressed with the presentation, the customer service and the delicate beauty of everything I bought from BHLDN so far: a mother-of-the-bride dress, a top, and now the shoes. Well done!

Faulty product
LOVED THIS SHOE! From the moment I saw them originally on BHLDN, I knew I wanted this shoe for my wedding day. And I was so excited to see them on sale that I immediately purchased.
When I received the shoe, I did what any normal girl does and that is try them on to make sure they fit becuase I can be between a 38 and 39. When I was trying them on at home, I did not notice anything wrong. But in the bright lights of the bridal salon where I purchased my dress, my cousin pointed out glue stains on the sides of the shoes where the platform is connected.
I called customer service to explain the situation and they said since I had tried them on with visible scuff marks on the bottom they would not be able to be returned or exchanged. I was in shock. I just spent $300 for shoes that has glue marks. And I can understand a strict return policy, especially for shoes, but there should be exceptions for faulty products. Now I have no choice but to wear stained shoes on my wedding day. I most likely will not purchase anything from BHLDN in the future becuase of this.
