Gorgeous dress! I ordered this dress for my September wedding and couldn't be happier! We are having a small wedding with a lunch reception and this dress is perfect. If you like the romantic, bohemian, vintage style then this dress won't disappoint! It does run big as mentioned in other reviews but who doesn't love fitting in a smaller size! ;) It also comes pretty long so it needs to be shortened. The fabric is delicate and flows beautifully. I am wearing a thin, bejeweled sash along the umpire waistline which covers the elastic and makes it a bit more dressy. Don't hesitate to buy this dress if you love it from the pictures. Beautiful... runs HUGE Could not agree more with a previous reviewer... and I'm surprised the other reviews didn't mention this as well (it would've saved me a lot of time/heartache in ordering and returning multiple dresses), but the dress runs HUGE. I'm a 12/14 as well, and have just ordered an 8 (after blowing through a 14, 12, and 10..). I was really surprised at how little difference there was between sizes. You'll need a good push-up/strapless bra for this gown, as the waistline has the tendency to pull the girls down a bit, with the overall effect being somewhat frumpy. Beautiful gown overall though, extremely comfortable and well-made, and it's nice that the shoulders can be worn up or down. I'm 5'6 and it will definitely need to be shortened several inches as I don't plan on wearing gigantic heels for a Maine elopement in October :) July 24, 2012
the perfect dress! I just purchased this dress in the store and I absolutely cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day! The fabric is silky and soft and the dress is flowy but still slimming. It's one of the most comfortable dresses I've tried on. It runs very large, probably due to the elastic waist and neck- I wear a size 12-14 and I purchased a size 8. It's also very long- since I'll be wearing flats, I'm going to have to have it taken up (which the sales associate assured me would be easy). I couldn't be happier! July 17, 2012
Dream Dress This dress was without a doubt the dress of my dreams. I was a bit nervous about ordering a dress online, but I was completely blown away when I received it in the mail.
