Beautiful, quality dress.
I don't normally write reviews, but this dress is such a steal for $120! Wore this to my formal engagement party, and will wear it again for another wedding-related event. Dress measurements were true to size. I have a 32in bust and 25in waist, size 2 was perfect.

NOT curve friendly
Stunning dress, 5 stars for quality and design. 1 star for fit. This is the THIRD hitherto dress I try to fit into without success. All of them, including this beauty have fit up to the waist. The bodice seems to be cut for a lady size 6-8. I generally wear 12-14 in anthro dresses, but I would need an 18, even a 20 to fit in this dress. The bodice is THAT small. Bummer.
For reference, my measurements are 41-31-41 (36D)
From side to side across the back, this dress measures :18
Waist: 16
It has molded cups at the chest that would accommodate A and B cups best.
Basically, there is no way a person with average size chest can fit into this dress in their regular size. And those of us on the larger side, will not fit into it at all.
Hitherto seems to design exclusively for petite ladies, with minimal chest.
Side to side measurements for each item and each size would be SO helpful, since there aren't many bhldn shops where one can go try things on. Just a thought.

Very cute
Cute, fun dress. Will accentuate your hips quite a bit so works best with a flat tummy. Dressy enough for a fun event like a shower, casual enough to double as a summer dress.

Love it!
This dress is beautiful and classic!
I feel that the pictures really do the dress justice and are true to color. I am a size 12 on the BHLDN sizing chart and the dress fits me very well, however it is a bit snug in the chest (I am a 34DD). The dress is puffier that in the pictures when you first get it so having it steamed is important.
Overall, a very well constructed and lovely dress.
