Not quite true to size
Dress is lovely. Totally cute but could not get into it! Ordered a size 10, the usual size I wear in most Anthropologie dresses. Could not zip it up. :-( Had my mother, who is a size 6 try it on, and it was hugging her pretty tight. So, I would recommend ordering a size up, just in case. And as mentioned in previous reviews, the ribcage area is very tight.

Classic LBD
Love it! Adds curves and is very flattering. The dress is very well made and a steal at the sale price.
5"9 - fits short, but I can still wear it to pretty much anything
Size 6 - fits true to size.

classic!
I ordered this from the website on a whim because the sale price is great and I can always use another lbd. It far exceeded my expectations! I can't wait to wear it to an upcoming wedding. I'm 5'7 size 6 and didn't find the length to be a problem at all- it fell just a couple of inches above my knees. The skirt is a slim cut and when I first put it on, one of the layers flipped up and became tucked under the skirt. I wonder if the previous reviewer had the same problem and didn't realize. I will say that the rib cage does seem a tad snug and if that tends to be a problem for you size up.

Beautiful
This dress looks even better in person. It looks far from cheap; it's extremely well-made and is made of thick material. I am petite (5' 0") and the dress came to right above my knee, so to me it is the perfect length. If you are busty, you might want to see about sizing up. I am bigger on top than I am on the bottom and I had to go up a size in this dress. I went by the sizing guidelines listed and also kept my Anthropologie size in mind, and my usual size was way too tight on my bust and ribcage. Aside from this the dress is absolutely gorgeous!
