I love my wedding dress. I got it altered at the top because I am bigger through my hips. I also added hombe dyed lace in turquoise under my dress....in between the top lace and slip dress. Everyone loved it. BUT the cons are....The day of my wedding 2 buttons fell off...no something a bride should have to worry about. Also there were no cups built in and there is not much structure to hide the lumps and bumps. I did have to have my dress shortened

This dress was perfect for my elopement at Lake Tahoe. It flows so well and was easy to move in the entire day (which included hiking, running, climbing in and out of an airplane, etc)! I felt like a beautiful version of myself on my wedding day.
For reference, I normally wear a size 2-4 and I ordered a 4 in this and it was extremely generous but my seamstress did a beautiful job and I had my dress back after my second fitting. The slip underneath is very strange but it's not attached so one could be made rather easily that fits the body better.
All in all, I loved this dress. I never thought I would go for so much lace, but it just felt right the first time I put it on at BHLDN Chicago.

This dress is way better than the photo. The lace is gorgeous and I got it with champagne underneath and once it's on you can't even tell it's multiple layers. I'm getting married in a cathedral in the Caribbean and I have tried it on multiple times in hot places and haven't had any issues with the dress being hot. It's also amazingly comfortable! I'm short 5'4'' and the length was perfect with about 3 inch heels. Having minor alterations done but I'm beyond excited. This was my 7th dress from bhldn and it's perfect!

Beautiful, but not great quality
I loved the easy elegance of this dress, the silhouette created by the sheer lace and camisole, and especially the striking back with the buttons. I received many compliments on this dress.
However, I need to mention that from the time I received my dress at home, the buttons along the back were extremely loose. One button fell off at home and I was able to sew it back on, but another fell off right as I was getting ready at our hotel an hour before the wedding! We had to sew it back on with a kit from the hotel. The worst part was at the end of the night when I took off my dress, another button had fallen off during my wedding (I don't know how long I spent without it).
Were it not for these issues I would have rated the dress much more highly. I would suggest if you purchase this dress, reinforce all the buttons right away before your wedding day!
(Also, I want to note at 5'9 I was a little tall for the dress, I needed to wear very low heels to prevent the front from rising up too much)
