Different colour than the pictures....
I thought this gown was absolutely stunning on the pictures and decided, albeit some hesitations, to order a size 00 online (32/25.5/36.4). The lining colour, although mentionned as Bronze, appeared on the pictures above as a soft nude which made the ivory lace details pop. I thought it was a safe bet.
I received the dress very quickly, in mint condition and perfectly packaged. This style really fits a petite frame without looking too "heavy". The bodice work is also absolutely beautiful and the tulle material very good/resistant.
My only disappointment was the real colour of the lining. Under different lights, it went from caramel brown to greyish nude! Needless to say, it was a major turn off. The brownish colour underneath was too obvious for my eyes and brought the whole look down making it look a bit "dirty". It didn't look fresh and bridal on my fair skin. I would therefore recommend it for darker skin tones...
Sadly, I had to send it back.

Ideal Summer Wedding Gown
As many of the previous reviews point out, this gown is more beautiful in person than in pictures shown on the model. The best thing about it is that its delicate material and comparatively higher waistline lifts you off the ground rather than dragging you down to make you look heavier than you actually are.
As for sizing, I think this dress has a good space around the bust, and yet petite girls like me need not worry: the top will not look saggy on you even without a padded brassier, thanks to the illusion neckline holds it up nicely.
But then the bodice hugs the rib cage and the waist tightly, as it has quite a bit of structure under the ephemeral lace. So 25.5 inches (waist) me should have ordered size 0 rather than size 00 to begin with, although the bust of size 0 is 1.5 inches larger than my measurement (31.5 bust). I tried on size 00 and it looks just as nice, but it does not feel as comfortable. My experience is: use the widest part of your upper body as the criterion when choosing size, and ask a seamstress to fix the rest.

This dress is beautiful! I chose it for my wedding this summer. It has the vintage/ballerina look that I am going for. Other reviewers have mentioned the sizing being too big, but for me, it was the opposite. I wear a size 6 and was advised by my stylist to order a 10. The 10 is a little big up top, but fits well on the lower half. I will be having it altered by a friend so that it fits perfectly. I plan to add a sparkle sash. I can't wait to wear this for my wedding!
