A lively mix of lace, intricate beadwork, and ultra-feminine details make this Tracy Reese original an irresistible choice for brides with a soft spot for vintage. The fit-and-flare silhouette, tapered at the waistline with a drawstring sash, hearkens back to Dior’s New Look style while a mesmerizing pattern of diamonds embroidered from pearly seed beads, is an inspired use of geometry. Crystal shank buttons are a glamorous addition to sheer three-quarter sleeves. Button closure. Professionally clean. Imported.

Looks Better on Model I wanted to love this dress. I do love this dress but it was not for me. If your bust is on the fuller side, the bodice does not flatter older women as it is too low cut. Somehow I thought it made me look dumpy. The dress looks much better on the model than it did me personally. I would have preferred a less plunging neckline. I love the feminine details on this dress and I'm disappointed that it doesn't work on me. The color is perfect for a second wedding or encore bride and the tea length and look of the dress is perfect for an older bride. The dress is very classy. I loved the crystal buttons on the back but would have preferred it if they were faux buttons and hid a full length zipper. The button "holes" are actually not holes at all but small bands of elastic through which the buttons go. The end result is that quite a few buttons did not remain in their "button" holes and came unbuttoned which was very unflattering. Also, with so many crystal buttons, the dress is impossible to get into by yourself. You have to have someone with you to button you up the back. A zipper would have been far preferrable with these lovely crystal buttons adorning the back. I really think this dress is best for someone without much cleavage and a more straight up and down build. If you have hips, the dress does not look good on you. May 1, 2013
