I bought this dress at the Beverly Hills store in April for my August wedding. Rachel helped me choose and she was amazing! This dress is very light weight and comfortable to wear. I usually am a solid size 10 (5'08'' 140lbs, but I ended up getting the dress in a 6. It was so gorgeous and our professional photos look amazing. The silk chiffon is very strong and I made it through the night without and snags or tears.
The only trouble I had with the dress, is that it was a little tricky to have bustled. The seamstress that I worked with ended up giving me a little loop underneath the train so I could hold the dress around my wrist for dancing.

I'm petite (5' 105") When I went wedding dress shopping, the first boutique I visited had beautiful gowns, however, they all made me feel like the dress was "wearing" me, rather than the other way around.
BHLDN gowns were the opposite. Beautiful and comfortable, not to mention the price point is great. I fell in love with this dress, and it ended up being absolutely perfect for me. I could dance and hug everyone and be comfortable, not to mention every single guest absolutely RAVED about the dress! It's magical. I wore a size 0 and only had to have it hemmed.

I tried on a 4 at the Chicago boutique, and although the consultant told me the 4 was a bit stretched out from being tried on numerous times, I think the size 6 is a bit too big for me. I ended up getting it synched in 1". I am 5'6" and wearing 2.5" heels, but I needed the dress hemmed about 3.5". I also got a bustle added to protect the delicate chiffon train when walking/dancing. I love the coral sequin work and I don't need to buy a special bra to wear this dress, which is a huge plus! It's very easy to put on/take off and very comfortable to sit, stand, walk, dance in. I was very pleased with everything overall!

Romantic & Soft
This was the first dress I tried on, in BHLDN... But not for the reasons you would think. I thought there was NO way a dress that draped like this one, would look good on my curves. In fact, I was certain that this dress would make me look so bad, that I would fall in LOVE with the other dress I had my heart set on. Great strategy, eh? Well, I was wrong and fell head over gold-heels in love with this gown.
**Pro tip** When I took it to the tailor, she shortened the length to my height and added boning into the structure of the dress... to prevent bunching in the back lacey part. BEST money I could have spent!
The wedding day was magic & I couldn't have felt more comfortable in this dress. It has the old hollywood charm of a classic gown with a unique quality that isn't "costumey".
