Eyelet Medley Sheath
I got married in the woods, and we had a reception in the barn. This dress fit the scene perfectly - not to mention that it arrived fitting ME perfectly. I did have to let the rib area out a bit, as it was too tight there. The seamstress was only able to take it out about a quarter of an inch, but this was all I needed.
Another strapless, heavy ball gown this was not! :)
PS: I'm 5'5.7" and 125. I got a size 2.

More beautiful in person!
BHLDN is a lovely company. I ordered the dress on a Monday afternoon and it was at my doorstep less than 24 hours later. I am getting married next May and I think I found THE dress. I am petite with an athletic build so the dress was a little snug in the rib cage like others had mentioned. I ordered a size 6 and it fit perfect. Except the length. I wish there were a petite option. If you are between 5"-5"4, expect to take 4-7 inches from the length. I was looking for a dress that wasn't made out of your typical chiffon and I found it! I would highly recommend a good tailor! The material is beautiful. I'm just afraid that I will be a wrinkled mess the day of the wedding from the silk linen fabric. I'm getting married on the beach and the style of the dress is perfect!

My Dream Dress!
An amazing dress. I can not believe how inexpensive the dress is for the quality and detailed work. I think this dress could be used for any type of wedding and can be dressed up with accessories. It was slightly tight in the rib cage as the other reviewers mentioned. I had an amazing seamstress let it out in that area, but everywhere else it fit perfect! Grab this dress quick!

The first dress was the one.
Fell in love with this gown when I first saw the pictures of it on the site. Was a little disappointed that I had to purchase it outright just to try it on, but luckily the first time was the charm. The size chart was helpful - I normally wear a size 4, but went with a 6 on this, which was perfect. I went to two other bridal shops to try dresses (timed with the return window for BHLDN), but nothing seemed right compared to this. Our wedding was outdoors, in a very undeveloped desert location, so I wanted something that wouldn't snag easily if caught on cactus or chaparral plants -- the material was perfect for this. Also, to be a little crass, I loved that I could get away with not wearing a bra AND wearing my most comfy granny panties on my wedding day (score two for all-day comfort!). I did have to have the gown tailored, since I loathe heels, and am not super tall, but my guy did an expert job, and in the end the dress fit like a glove. Tailoring was done for about $275, so overall I feel like I made out like an absolute bandit with this dress.
