Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your BHLDN purchase. If you aren’t, we are happy to accept your return or exchange; but please keep in mind that merchandise...

  • Must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original method of payment.
  • Gowns marked as Final Sale (items with prices ending in $.99) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Must not be worn, washed or altered, and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks.
  • Most items must be shipped back to us and cannot be returned to a store.
  • For in-store purchases where your item(s) go home with you on the day of purchase, returns can only be made to our store locations. For additional questions, please contact the store where your purchase was made.
  • Returns may take approximately 2-3 weeks to process.

Gowns

  • Gowns marked as Final Sale (items with prices ending in $.99) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gowns not returned in original condition may be refused or subject to a $75 restocking fee.
  • Most returns will process in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur.
  • Please use the following return reason codes on the front of your packing slip.

RETURNS USING PREPAID UPS LABEL

  • Gowns will arrive with a UPS pre-paid Ground label in your shipment.
  • UPS returns are only available within the U.S.
  • No postage is required; there is no charge for using the label.
  • Add your reason code to the front side of your packaging slip and enclose it with your merchandise.
  • Affix the UPS label to your package and remove or cover the original shipping label.
  • Please record your tracking number to follow your return’s progress. BHLDN is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

SELF-PAID RETURNS

Designer Trunk Show Gowns

  • All Designer Trunk Show orders are made-to-order gowns, meaning each gown is made upon receiving the customer order. Gown orders cannot be modified once order is placed. Due to this, the return and cancellation policy differs from the rest of the collection.
  • Cancellations and returns will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 50% of the retail price.
  • In the event you need to return your made-to-order gown, styles must be returned within 30 days of delivery, must not be worn, washed or altered, and free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks. Gowns not returned in original condition may be refused.
  • Designer Trunk Show gowns must be shipped back to our warehouse. Designer Trunk Show gowns will not be accepted by stores or by individual designers.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please call 1-888-942-4536 from 7 a.m. - midnight EST, seven days a week, or email us at support@bhldn.com.

Apparel, Accessories & Décor

Refund Process

A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. Most returns will process in 2-3 weeks. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

If you’d like to exchange your order for a different item(s), please use your pre-paid return label included in your original shipment. Once you have returned your selected item(s), feel free to continue shopping and place a new order for any newly selected styles!

International Returns

  • You must issue your return within 30 days of your order.
  • Please select a return method that allows you to insure your shipment and track its progress. BHLDN is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs as well as taxes, duties, and courier fees.
  • Most returns will process in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
  • BHLDN returns cannot be processed at Anthropologie stores. All merchandise must be shipped back to us. We kindly ask that all merchandise remain unwashed, unworn and unaltered, with all original tags intact.
