We offer a number of shipping options to fit your needs.

Please use the charts below to estimate shipping and handling charges based on the pre-tax value of US orders and the shipping method.

At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery window for your order, which will also be noted in your Order Confirmation email. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or nationally observed US holidays. Standard shipping orders can take up to 48 hours to process; express or overnight orders placed after 1 PM will ship on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.

Occasionally, items may be out of stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances. In the event of a backorder, you will be provided with an approximate shipment date. Items ordered through BHLDN.com cannot be shipped to BHLDN or Anthropologie stores.

Gown Fee

All gowns require an additional shipping charge of $15. (This is noted on the product page of each gown.) Shipping charges vary for delivery outside the U.S. Click here for international shipping information.

P.O. Boxes

We ship to all U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Overnight and express deliveries are not available for these destinations.

California Proposition 65
Some of our products such as phone accessories, electrical cords, upholstered furniture, tableware, tabletop, holiday/party decor, vinyl, wallets, handbags, luggage, tools, fire pits, planters, terrariums, clutches, totes, jewelry, clothing, and accessories may be made of materials containing chemicals identified on the California Prop 65 list of chemicals. In accordance with Proposition 65, we issue the following warning to our California customers "Warning: These products contain one or more chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm."

Backorders

If an item is on backorder, an Expected To Ship date will be shown on the product page and at checkout. You will receive an email if there are any changes to the status of your items. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship. Occasionally, items will go on backorder before your order is fulfilled—if this happens, we will alert you via email.

In the event that your order includes a backordered item, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please contact us.

E-Gift Cards

E-gift cards will be sent to the email address you provide within approximately one hour of your order. You will receive an email confirmation once the e-gift card has been sent. The email will include the recipient’s email address.

Gift Cards

Gift cards will be mailed to the gift recipient using the method selected at checkout. Shipping methods are as follows: Standard Shipping via USPS First Class Mail, Express Shipping via USPS Priority Mail, and Overnight Shipping via FedEx. Express and Overnight Shipping are not available for P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international mailing addresses.

International Shipping

Due to COVID-19 government restrictions, we are temporarily unable to deliver to India. Restricted countries are subject to change as new restrictions are implemented. If you’ve placed an order, and live in a country currently restricted, your order will be held until services are re-established.

Canada: Casual Goods Power of Attorney & Refund Statement By ordering goods from BHLDN, I hereby authorize Rutherford Customs Broker chosen by BHLDN to act as my agent, and to transact business with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear my merchandise, account for duties and taxes, to return merchandise to BHLDN, and prepare and submit refund claims on my behalf for any merchandise that I return. I understand that the CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from BHLDN. Further, I also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund cheque issued by the CBSA in my name, so that BHLDN can be reimbursed.

*Oversized charges apply to gowns and certain décor items. Oversized charges will be reflected in checkout.

Delivery

BHLDN gowns are shipped via UPS International, while all non-gown orders are shipped via USPS international service. Orders are typically received by customs within 4-7 business days of the ship date. The amount of time your order is in customs will vary. Delivery will be made by your local postal service or via UPS, depending on your order. International orders cannot be shipped via an expedited shipping method, such as Next Day or 2-Day Shipping.

Customs Delay

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Some items may be unavailable for export. Please refer to your carrier tracking in your Shipment Confirmation email for the most up to date information.

Restricted Items

Due to size and customs restrictions, some items are not available for shipment outside the U.S. While you may wish to purchase items available on our U.S. site, you will be asked to remove these items from your basket if the destination country/region does not permit the import of that item. You may also be asked to remove items from your basket that are low in inventory and cannot be guaranteed for shipment.

How will my gown be shipped? Is there a signature required upon receipt?

Your gown will be shipped via UPS. We do not require a signature upon receipt of the package. You will receive tracking information when your item is shipped.

Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?

We start working on your order as soon as we receive it! Unfortunately, we can't make changes to an order once it's placed. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us!

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder). Please note that items are only charged to your selected method of payment once they have shipped.
